The immigration side runs from family sponsorship and study permits through permanent residence, business and self-employed applications, employer transfers, and appeals to the Federal Court.
Tress currently teaches Foundations of Immigration Law, part time, in Queen's University's Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law program, and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Toronto Lawyers Association. The practice serves clients across the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and Hamilton, in addition to its downtown Toronto office.
