Simaei Law is a Toronto family law practice run by Gol Sara Simaei from an office on King Street West in the city's financial district. It's a solo firm that concentrates on complex financial and parenting disputes, the kind of cases that often involve significant assets, professional income, or business interests. The firm's services cover property division and equalization, child and spousal support, parenting and decision making, and domestic contracts, and it works through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration as well as litigation, depending on what a case calls for.

Simaei earned a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008. Before starting the firm, Simaei articled as a judicial law clerk for judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Simaei has contributed to the development of family law through involvement in cases addressing spousal support, privacy rights between separated spouses, and family violence, has contributed chapters to a legal text called Evidence in Family Law, and serves as Co-President of AFCC-O, the Ontario chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, for the 2025-2026 term.
