Niro Law is a small Scarborough law firm founded in 2018, focused on real estate and criminal defence law. The firm's principal lawyer, Niroosan Vivekanantharajah, has been licensed in Ontario since January 2019 and has practiced real estate and criminal defence law since. The firm works out of an office at 10 Milner Business Court in Scarborough and, alongside its Scarborough clients, describes itself as serving communities across the Greater Toronto Area, with virtual service available to clients elsewhere in Ontario.

On the real estate side, the firm closes home and condo purchases and sales, handles mortgage refinancing and title transfers, reviews lease agreements, and manages probate matters with or without a will. Its criminal defence work covers cases from impaired driving and drug charges to fraud, bail hearings, and sentencing. In January 2023, the firm's own vigilance helped stop an alleged real estate title fraud in Scarborough: after a bank flagged a suspicious identification document following an $840,000 property sale, the firm looked into the discrepancy, visited the property in question, and helped bring the matter to police, a case CBC News later reported on.
