Ross Rumbell Professional Corporation is a two-lawyer business law firm in downtown Toronto, at the corner of King Street West and John Street in the city's financial and entertainment districts. Martin Ross and Glenn Rumbell founded the firm in 2006, after each had already built separate careers that combined legal work with hands-on business experience. The firm advises companies ranging from first-time entrepreneurs to established businesses in manufacturing, distribution, technology, and investment, and it runs a fixed-fee Business Start-up Program for people forming a new company.

Before law, Martin Ross spent fifteen years in Toronto's construction industry, working up from labourer to property manager while also running landscaping and renovation businesses. Ross later joined the banking and commercial firm Strathy, Archibald & Seagram, advancing to partner as it grew through mergers into Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, an international firm of more than 700 lawyers, before leaving in 2001 to build an independent practice. Glenn Rumbell practiced as a commercial lawyer at Smith Lyons, led a Toronto consumer-reporting company as president and CEO, and worked as partner and counsel with McLean Watson Capital Inc. before starting a technology-focused legal practice in 2002. The firm's work in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance draws directly on that combined investing and operating background.
