Founder David Rosenblatt earned a psychology degree from McGill University and a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, then became an immigration lawyer the same year the firm opened. The Law Society of Ontario has certified Rosenblatt as a Specialist in Canadian Citizenship and Immigration Law. The firm's work covers skilled worker and family sponsorship applications, work permits, business visas, visitor and super visas, caregiver applications, labour market impact assessments, citizenship applications, PR card renewals, and immigration hearings and appeals.
One case tied to the firm is Dragan v Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration), in which Rosenblatt represented the named applicant. The case forced the Canadian government to process tens of thousands of cases that the immigration department had intended to refuse.
