Radin Law LLP, which also does business as Radin Immigration Law, is a small Toronto firm at 103 Church Street, Suite 200, that practises exclusively in immigration and refugee law. The firm handles refugee claims, appeals to the Refugee Appeal Division, Pre-Removal Risk Assessment applications, and judicial reviews at the Federal Court, along with detention and inadmissibility hearings, sponsorship and deportation appeals, and permanent residence applications including family class sponsorships. The firm's two lawyers are Daniel Radin and Aleksandr Radin. Daniel Radin came to Canada from the former USSR at age 10 and earned a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School after a political science degree, working as an Immigration Division caseworker at Parkdale Community Legal Services and the Community Legal Aid Clinic at Osgoode Hall while in school. Aleksandr Radin studied at Queen's University Faculty of Law, received the David Sabbath Prize in International Refugee Law, and volunteered with Queen's Legal Aid Clinic and Pro Bono Students Canada. Both are members of the Law Society of Ontario and the Refugee Lawyers Association of Ontario, and both accept Legal Aid Ontario certificates for refugee matters. The firm offers services in English, Russian, and French, and can arrange interpretation for other languages.
