Paul Gemmink Legal Professional Corporation is a solo litigation practice at 2005 Sheppard Avenue East in North York. Paul Gemmink established an independent practice in the mid-1990s, after starting downtown and then practicing with a partner in North York. The office moved back to North York in 2014, a location the firm says suits many of its clients in construction and technology, who are based in North York and York Region.

Called to the bar in 1985 after attending law school at the University of Western Ontario, Gemmink has almost 30 years of litigation experience, covering litigation work such as employment disputes, breach of contract, insurance claims, construction liens, real estate and mortgage disputes, municipal law, and commercial tenancy disputes. The firm has appeared before every level of trial court in Ontario and the superior courts of British Columbia and Quebec, plus on appeal before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. It favours resolving disputes without a trial when possible, but litigates through to a hearing or tribunal when a case requires it.
