Ordower Law is a Toronto business law firm run out of the 18th floor of 2 St. Clair Avenue West, near Yonge and St. Clair. The firm's principal is Matthew Ordower, and the practice concentrates on incorporating businesses, negotiating and drafting agreements, and closing transactions for clients across Ontario. Alongside standard business incorporations, it sets up professional corporations for lawyers, accountants, physicians, dentists, and other regulated professionals, and it handles Personal Real Estate Corporations (PRECs) for licensed real estate agents. It operates in a small firm setting and also takes on purchase and sale transactions, corporate and tax reorganizations, commercial leasing, and franchise reviews.
Most incorporation files are handled by phone and email, with the finished corporate documents delivered electronically and signed through Docusign, though clients who prefer to meet can book an office appointment. Ordower Law is registered with the Government of Ontario as an intermediary authorized to file incorporation and other government documents on clients' behalf, a status checked through the province's own business name search. Once a company is set up, the firm runs an Annual Compliance Program to keep its filings current, and it has published articles on incorporation and compliance topics on its own blog since at least 2019. Its founder has also discussed small business incorporation on the Smarten Up with JP and Fab podcast.

Free consultationOrdower Law's office sits in 2 St. Clair Avenue West, an office tower at Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue that dates to 1965. It was developed by Olympia and York and is still sometimes referred to by its earlier name, the Procter and Gamble Building, after a long time tenant. Yonge and St. Clair has been a midtown Toronto office address for decades, and since most of Ordower Law's incorporation and agreement work is handled by phone and email, clients don't need to be based nearby to use the firm. An in person appointment at the office is available for anyone who prefers to meet.
