YLG (Yazdani Law Group) is an immigration and business law firm in Toronto, founded by Afshin Yazdani, who was called to the Ontario bar in 2019. The firm is headquartered in North York, on Yonge Street, and its practice centres on business immigration, including a growing focus on Canada's start up visa program. It also handles Express Entry applications, work and study permits, intra company transfers, provincial nominee programs, refugee claims, company registration in Canada, and appeals of refused visa decisions to the Federal Court.

Before founding YLG, Yazdani practiced law in Iran, worked as a legal consultant in Dubai focused on real estate, and was licensed as an immigration consultant in Canada from 2016 to 2018, after immigrating to Canada in 2012 through the Quebec skilled worker program. Yazdani holds an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School and completed the law practice training program at Ryerson University, and is also a notary public and an arbitrator with the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society. A 2021 profile in Law Times, a legal industry publication, described a team of 40 people supporting the practice. The firm's site also lists additional locations in Vancouver, Tehran, and California.
