Primus Legal Professional Corporation is a solo law practice in North York, Ontario, founded in late 2022. The firm handles residential and commercial real estate transactions, business and contract law, and immigration matters, and describes itself as putting the needs of clients first with personalized legal services in each of these areas.

The firm's managing partner earned a law degree from the University of Southampton Law School in 2018 and was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2021. Before opening Primus Legal, the managing partner articled at a small family law firm in Pickering, Ontario, then worked at a real estate and business law firm in North York. That background in family law, real estate, and business law informs how the firm now handles real estate closings, business contracts, and immigration files for its clients.

On the real estate side, Primus Legal's work extends beyond standard purchase and sale closings to lease negotiations, refinancing, assignment deals, and Laneway Suite approvals with municipalities. Its business and contracts practice covers incorporations, business financing, shareholder and share subscription agreements, and the purchase and sale of businesses, while its immigration work includes spousal sponsorships, work and study permits, and representation at the Immigration Appeal Division.
