Mode Law is a small immigration and refugee law firm with an office in North York, at 505 Consumers Road. The practice is led by two managing partners: Ayoola Odeyemi, a lawyer, and Crystal Mohammed, the firm's Senior Immigration Consultant. A paralegal, Jodene Gould, rounds out the team, and the firm's site describes the group as bringing more than 35 years of combined experience to Canadian immigration work.

The practice covers refugee claims, permanent residence, work permits, family sponsorship, study permits, visitor visas, and refusals and appeals, including judicial review. Mode Law describes its approach as evidence-driven rather than template-based, aiming to explain each step of a file plainly and prepare supporting documents carefully ahead of deadlines. Although the office is in North York, the firm works with clients across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, offering phone and video consultations for people in Brampton, Mississauga, and Scarborough who'd rather not travel to meet in person.
