Lee & Associates Personal Injury Lawyers is a small Toronto firm with its office in North York, on the 20th floor of Madison Centre at 4950 Yonge Street. Andrew M. Lee, called to the Ontario bar in 1994 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, spent more than a decade at an insurance defence and personal injury litigation firm, appearing regularly in the Ontario Superior Court, and became a named partner there. Lee left that firm in 2006 to start Lee & Associates, and has represented only injured plaintiffs and their families since, never insurance companies.

The practice covers motor vehicle accidents, including Uber, motorcycle, and boating cases, along with spinal cord and brain injuries, slip and falls, wrongful death, long-term disability claims, product liability, and dog bites. A second lawyer at the firm joined immediately after being called to the Ontario bar in 2010, following a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. A third is a registered Canadian trademark agent who can also file trademarks in the United States. A dedicated accident benefits team works alongside the lawyers on claims against clients' own insurers. Cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, so clients pay no fees unless the firm recovers money for them, and the office can serve clients in languages that include Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Italian, Greek, Russian, and Vietnamese.
