It was founded by Ronen Kurzfeld, who has practiced immigration and refugee law for more than 25 years and completed the Immigration and Refugee Law program at Osgoode Hall Law School. Kurzfeld is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration Section, and is a founding member of the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
