Goodman started as an associate at a mid-level criminal law firm and took on trial work soon after finishing articles there. Since being called to the bar, Berman has practiced exclusively in criminal law, with a focus on Charter litigation and complex trials. The firm's lawyers handle cases ranging from impaired driving to sexual assault, drug and firearms charges, and murder, with courtroom experience at every level of court in Ontario.
