Donghua Wu Professional Corporation is a solo law practice located in the Consumers Road area of Toronto, Ontario. It's run by Donghua Wu, known professionally as Echo Wu, who is licensed as a barrister and solicitor in Ontario and as an attorney at law in the State of New York. The practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, along with business, corporate, and commercial law, including contract drafting and review and notarizing and commissioning documents.

Before opening the firm, Wu articled and practiced corporate and commercial litigation at a full-service Toronto law firm, working on contract, securities, franchising, and shareholder disputes. Wu holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and, before law school, studied at Oxford University in England and Peking University in China, earning a B.A. with high distinction in English literature and linguistics. While still a law student, Wu volunteered as a caseworker with Downtown Legal Services on tenant housing and refugee law and with Pro Bono Students Canada at the Ontario Human Rights Commission, and also completed an internship in criminal law.
