AGI Law is a small law firm based in downtown Toronto, working in estate, tax, real estate and corporate law. It was founded by Ardalan Ghassemi, who holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, completed in the school's Tax Curricular Stream, and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Toronto. On the firm's About page, Ghassemi writes about growing up as a first generation Canadian and watching parents navigate a new country without an established support network: "While I was instilled with the values of hard work, education, and integrity, the concept of viewing wealth through the lens of longevity and legacy was unfamiliar territory." That background is presented as the reason for the firm's approach, giving clients, especially those without a financial head start, clear information about their own wealth and estate planning choices.

The firm organizes its work around three stages it calls wealth foundation, expansion and preservation: wills, powers of attorney, probate and estate trustee matters; real estate purchases, sales and financing; corporate governance and shareholder agreements; and tax work including CRA income tax and HST audits and tax court representation. AGI Law is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and holds a Certified Estate Practitioner designation. It also runs an Executor Course for people named executor of an estate.
