About Nathens, Siegel LLP

Clients rate this firm highly on Google.

Nathens, Siegel LLP is a family law firm founded in Toronto in 1995 by Ken Nathens and Brahm Siegel. Both founders are certified specialists in family law with the Law Society of Ontario, Nathens since 2010 and Siegel since 2008. The firm's lawyers work from two Greater Toronto Area offices, one near Yonge and Sheppard in Toronto and one in Mississauga's Erin Park Commercial Centre. Its practice is limited to family law: separation and divorce, family law agreements, children's issues, child and spousal support, property division, and dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and collaborative law.

Nathens earned a civil and common law degree from McGill in 1992, was called to the Ontario bar in 1994, and added a Master's degree in family law from Osgoode Hall in 2014. Siegel studied at Queen's University, was called to the bar in 1995, and has since co-authored McLeod's Ontario Family Law Rules Annotated and served as consulting editor of the Consolidated Ontario Family Law Statutes and Regulations. Partner Glen Schwartz is licensed to practice in both Ontario and Quebec, and the firm offers services in English and French. A first consultation is offered at a reduced rate, and while the firm does not accept legal aid certificates directly, it will refer clients to a provider that does.
