The Law Office of Michael P. Juskey is a Toronto sole criminal defence practice run by Michael P. Juskey, B.A., LL.B. The main office is at 130 Spadina Avenue, Suite 606, downtown Toronto, and a second office in Vaughan, near the Highway 400 and Highway 7 interchange, serves clients across York Region. Juskey appears in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, taking cases in Toronto, Newmarket, Brampton, and other courts across southern Ontario.

Juskey grew up in Toronto and studied political science at the University of Western Ontario before earning an LL.B. with first class honours from the University of Leicester. Mooting competitions in law school built courtroom advocacy skills, and an internship at a community legal aid clinic pointed the practice toward criminal defence. After working alongside two established Toronto criminal lawyers, Juskey was called to the bar and opened this practice, now covering assault, domestic and sexual assault, theft, fraud, drug and weapons offences, mischief, and youth court matters.

The practice still takes on legal aid certificates, a commitment that traces back to that first clinic placement, and it lists free initial consultations with fixed fees quoted for most retained cases rather than hourly billing.
