Mandall Immigration Law is a Toronto based immigration firm with a second office in Ottawa. It was founded by Austin Mandall Rooplall, who remains its principal lawyer, and the firm says every file is personally reviewed before it moves forward. The practice covers the full span of Canadian immigration work: visitor visas, study and work permits, Express Entry, inland and outland spousal sponsorship, provincial nominee programs, humanitarian and compassionate applications, citizenship and residency obligations, and appeals to the Immigration Appeal Division. It also takes on litigation, representing clients in judicial reviews at the Federal Court when an immigration decision is refused.

The team includes several lawyers, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, and case management staff, and between them they can serve clients in English, French, Punjabi, Hindi, Spanish, and Arabic. One lawyer is licensed to practice in both Canada and India, and another was called to the Ontario bar in 2024 after earning an LLM and LLB from the University of Edinburgh and a BA from McGill University. The firm offers a free initial consultation and says it is clear about legal fees before taking on a case, separate from government processing costs paid to IRCC.
