Lomic Law is a small intellectual property and social media law firm based in Toronto, working out of an office in First Canadian Place at King and Bay Streets in the city's Financial District. The firm has three lawyers and focuses on trademark law, copyright, and intellectual property litigation, along with social media, privacy, and marketing advice for startups and growing businesses. Its stated practice covers trademark applications, searches, oppositions and section 45 proceedings, domain name disputes, intellectual property agreements, and enforcement of foreign judgments, and its lawyers have appeared before the Trademarks Opposition Board, the Federal Court, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Founding partner Paul Lomic is a Certified Specialist in Intellectual Property Law (Trademark) recognized by the Law Society of Ontario and a Registered Trademark Agent, with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the University of Waterloo, a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, and an LL.B. from Queen's University. Lomic has edited and authored two LexisNexis reference works on social media law and intellectual property litigation. Partner Sabrina Salituro is a Registered Canadian Trademark Agent licensed to practice in both Ontario and New York, giving the firm some reach into cross border trademark work, while associate Aviva Snitman focuses on brand protection after training at Osgoode Hall Law School and volunteering at its intellectual property clinic.
