About Liquornik Family Law

Liquornik Family Law is a family law practice based in Toronto that serves clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Zachary Liquornik, called to the Bar of Ontario in 2020, founded the firm in 2021 on the idea that clients are better served by a lawyer who knows a file closely and stays reachable throughout it. The practice started as a solo operation and has since grown into a small team while keeping that same direct, hands on approach to each file.

The firm handles the full span of family law matters, from separation and divorce to parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, property equalization, trust claims, and support variation. It also drafts marriage, cohabitation, and separation agreements, and offers negotiation, mediation, and arbitration for clients who want to settle matters without a trial, along with litigation when a case needs to go to court. Associate lawyer Ryan Premnarine, called to the Bar in 2025, joined after working with a Toronto criminal defence practice, adding some perspective on family matters that intersect with criminal proceedings. A law clerk keeps files organized and manages scheduling and documents so clients have a steady point of contact behind the scenes.
