Valeriy (Larry) Kozyrev founded the practice, building on experience that goes back to 2006 in the immigration industry, where the early focus was representing clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board on inadmissibility issues, sponsorship appeals, and refugee claims. In 2019, the firm added a family law practice, which remains one of its core areas alongside immigration work today.
The firm now covers family law (divorce, custody, support, and separation and prenuptial agreements), immigration and citizenship matters, criminal defence including white collar offences, personal injury claims, and business law services such as incorporation and commercial contracts.
