About Just Done Law

Just Done Law is a Toronto real estate law firm founded by lawyer Julian Prieto. It concentrates on residential real estate closings, purchases, sales, refinances, and title transfers, for clients across Ontario. The firm also acts for private lenders on mortgage closings and enforcement, including demand letters and power of sale matters, and handles construction lien claims under Ontario's Construction Act, registering, perfecting, and vacating liens.

Prieto holds a law degree from McGill University, a master's degree in mathematics from Oxford University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto. Before founding the firm, Prieto worked in the federal Citizenship and Immigration Minister's office, advising on immigration decisions made on humanitarian and compassionate grounds, and the firm still takes on some immigration files today, including work permits, study permits, and permanent residency applications.

Just Done Law offers both virtual and in-person home closings. Clients can meet by video call and sign closing documents electronically, or complete a closing in person, and the firm advertises evening and weekend availability. Service is offered in English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin.
