JSR Law is the working name of Richardson Law Professional Corporation, a small Toronto firm built around real estate and mortgage work. Its office is on St. Clair Avenue East, and its site describes the firm as full service for Toronto real estate law, with a focus on residential and commercial closings alongside mortgage lending and mortgage enforcement for private lenders. Jeremy Richardson, the firm's principal lawyer, holds a law degree from the University of New Brunswick and a political science degree from York University, and has led the firm since January 2015.

On the lending side, the firm works with mortgage investment corporations, mortgage administrators, and private lenders on closing transactions, and it states it has handled assets under management of $1 billion. Its mortgage enforcement work covers demand letters, statements of claim, notices of sale, and writs of possession, along with post closing collections and arranging property cleanup and repairs. The firm also does corporate work, including incorporations, business acquisition agreements, and commercial loan transactions, plus debt settlement negotiations with creditors. Four lawyers make up the practice, supported by a team of law clerks who work specifically on real estate and mortgage enforcement files, plus paralegals and administrative staff.
