J.A.M. Law Professional Corporation is a solo personal injury practice based at One Yonge Street in downtown Toronto. It was founded by lawyer Jennifer A. Mancuso, who focuses exclusively on personal injury law. The firm's practice covers motor vehicle collisions, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, product liability, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and medical malpractice claims.

Mancuso was called to the Ontario bar and spent years practicing insurance defence, handling motor vehicle and personal injury claims, before founding J.A.M. Law to act for plaintiffs instead. Court experience includes matters before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, including trial work as counsel. Mancuso holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from York University and a Bachelor of Law from the University of New Brunswick, and completed a negotiation course at Harvard Law School.

Outside the practice of law, Mancuso has a public profile as a former model and as a dancer on the television program Electric Circus, which aired on MuchMusic and City TV, and has judged the Miss Universe Canada pageant in multiple years since 2014.
