Ian Flett Professional Corporation is a Toronto based law firm that focuses entirely on Ontario land use and municipal planning law. The practice centres on appeals before the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT), the tribunal that replaced the former Ontario Municipal Board and Local Planning Appeal Tribunal, along with appeals to the Toronto Local Appeal Body (TLAB) and further appeals to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice when a tribunal decision involves a legal or procedural error. Clients include municipalities, developers, not-for-profits, private landowners, and community groups, on matters involving official plans, zoning bylaws, minor variances, severances, and subdivisions.

Ian Flett earned a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan, where the Sam Beke Prize in Clinical Law was awarded, and also studied civil law at the University of Ottawa. Before starting practice, a clerkship was completed with Federal Court Justice Mandamin. Ian Flett was called to the Ontario bar in 2010 and has since built a practice with hundreds of appearances before the OLT and its predecessor bodies. The firm also works with smaller and mid sized Ontario municipalities that lack in house planning law capacity, offering flexible retainer structures aimed at CAOs, planning staff, and town solicitors managing tight budgets.
