Goldman, Spring, Kichler & Fischer LLP is a Toronto law firm with eight lawyers, based in North York City Centre. It was originally formed in 1982. The firm carried the name Goldman, Spring, Kichler & Sanders LLP for years, then took its current name on March 1, 2026, after longtime partner Mitchell Sanders retired in February 2026 and Larry Fischer, called to the Ontario bar in 1988, became a name partner. Founding partners Sheldon Spring, called to the bar in 1979, and Steven Kichler, called in 1980, still practise there; another founding partner, Allan Goldman, retired in 2013.

The firm's real estate lawyers represent builders, developers, and financial institutions on subdivision registration, condominium development, land acquisition, and construction and development financing, plus commercial leasing and joint ventures. Its corporate and commercial team works on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities matters, including private placements and public offerings.
