Cunningham and Ross each spent time as a partner at an established Canadian criminal defence firm before joining together to found Goldbloom Ross Cunningham LLP; Cunningham was called to the Ontario bar in 2011 and Ross in 2013. The current team also includes associates trained at the University of Toronto, the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University, and Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law, along with a legal assistant with a background in class action claims administration.
