Uproot Legal and Immigration Services is a Toronto immigration practice with its office on Danforth Avenue in East York and a second office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The firm handles work across the immigration system: visitor and super visas, study permits, work permits (including post-graduation, International Experience Canada, and LMIA-based applications), permanent residence, family sponsorship, refugee and humanitarian claims, temporary resident permits, business immigration, and citizenship. It serves clients in Toronto and across Canada outside Quebec, in English and Bangla.

The firm was founded by Khan Imrul Chowdhury, a member of the Law Society of Ontario, a regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC), and a Canadian notary public, with more than a decade of Canadian immigration experience. The practice takes on complex files, including cases involving prior refusals, criminality, and misrepresentation findings, and includes refugee claimant representation among its work. With an office in Dhaka alongside the Toronto location, the firm has published guidance aimed specifically at applicants moving through the Canadian immigration process from Bangladesh, covering visa processing times, family sponsorship, student visas, tourist visas, and super visa applications.
