Daniella Wald Family Law Resolutions is a solo family law practice run out of midtown Toronto by Daniella Wald, a lawyer, collaborative family law practitioner, and accredited family mediator. Wald was called to the Ontario Bar in 2007 after completing a law degree at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, then practiced as an associate at Epstein Cole LLP, a family law firm, before opening a solo family law practice. Since then the work has stayed focused entirely on family law, helping separating and divorcing couples resolve parenting, property, and support issues without going to court.

The firm's practice centers on out of court dispute resolution: collaborative family law, family mediation, independent legal advice, and joint neutral consultations, along with drafting separation agreements, parenting plans, and offers to settle. Wald completed collaborative family law training in 2010 and became an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediators in 2014. Wald has served as a roster mediator with a government subsidized, court connected mediation program for families across the GTA, and belongs to Collaborative Divorce Toronto, the Ontario Association for Family Mediators, the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario, and the ADR Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
