D2Law Professional Corporation is a small law firm in Toronto, co-founded by Anatoly Dvorkin and Sara Cohen after both built their early careers at large and medium sized Bay Street firms. The practice splits into two distinct focuses. Sara Cohen founded Fertility Law Canada, a practice devoted entirely to reproductive law: drafting egg, sperm and embryo donor agreements and surrogacy agreements, and advising on legal parentage and compliance for cryobanks, importers and distributors of gametes. Managing partner Anatoly Dvorkin handles employment law, corporate and commercial litigation, and fertility law, representing clients before Ontario courts and administrative boards. The firm also runs a real estate disputes practice, covering matters such as encroachments, easement disputes, adverse possession and neighbour disputes.

Cohen is a fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys and holds an adjunct professor position at Osgoode Hall Law School, teaching a fertility law course there. Dvorkin, a graduate of the University of Western Ontario law school, was called to the Ontario bar in 2004 and has practiced as a solo or small firm lawyer since 2007. The firm's office sits on the 20th floor of a highrise on Sheppard Avenue East in North York, directly connected to the Yonge-Sheppard subway station, and it now holds client meetings by video conference or phone.
