Canadian Immigration Alliance pairs Keyork Immigration Law, a Toronto immigration law firm led by lawyer Mary Keyork, with Elliott Immigration Corporation, a regulated immigration consultancy headed by Nancy Elliott. Keyork and Elliott had already been working together since 2008 when they formally joined forces as the Canadian Immigration Alliance in 2011. The firm is based in Toronto, in the King and Bay financial district, with a second office in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal.
Keyork holds a Certified Specialist designation in Citizenship and Immigration Law from the Law Society of Ontario and is also licensed with the Barreau du Quebec, under a special permit, as a Canadian legal advisor. Elliott Immigration Corporation's Director of Immigration Services, Ming Zhou, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant who earned that license in 2018 after working in international education, including running a Toronto private language school program and founding an education consulting agency in Taipei, Taiwan. Together the alliance covers permanent residence, sponsorships, study and work permits, refugee and humanitarian claims, and hearings before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Court of Canada.
A designation granted by the Law Society of Ontario, not a self-declared area of focus.
The Toronto office is in First Canadian Place at King and Bay, the tower that was Canada's tallest office building from its 1975 completion until 2025. It's a dense block of bank towers and law offices at the centre of the Financial District, linked to the rest of downtown by the underground PATH system.
The Montreal office is on Cote-Vertu Boulevard in Ville Saint-Laurent, one of the city's largest employment districts outside downtown. More than half the borough's residents are immigrants, a demographic the firm's practice serves directly.
Orange LLP is a small immigration law firm based in downtown Toronto that's operated since 2011. It handles permanent residency, work permit, study permit, and visitor visa applications for clients around the world.
