Anthony De Marco has defended people facing criminal charges across the Toronto area since 1985, and criminal defence is the only work the practice has ever done. Every file is litigation. De Marco studied at Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in 1983, and in the same year finished Osgoode's Intensive Program in Criminal Law, which meant both prosecuting and defending cases before ever being called.
