The firm's office is on Bay Street in Toronto's Financial District, in a building dating to 1925. Anisman advises both employees and employers across the full range of workplace disputes, including wrongful dismissal, human rights and discrimination complaints, employment contracts and independent contractor agreements, workplace investigations, occupational health and safety, and long term disability claims.
Beyond individual cases, the firm publishes Legally Speaking, an online employment law resource built around dozens of articles for employees and for employers, a glossary of employment law terms, and a free severance calculator that estimates reasonable notice at common law for non unionized Ontario employees. Anisman Law offers a free initial consultation by phone or in person, then works on an hourly, flat fee, or contingency basis depending on the case. Anisman is also a founding officer of Advocates for the Rule of Law, a legal think tank and charity focused on constitutionalism and the rule of law in Canada and internationally.

The address sits in the heart of Toronto's Financial District, in the same downtown core as the banks, corporations, and other employers whose workplace policies and disputes make up much of an employment lawyer's client base on both sides of the table.
