The firm accepts Legal Aid Ontario certificates for separation agreement work within the certificate's limits: one hour consultation, review of the required forms, and one draft agreement (up to 10 pages) or one financial statement draft, usually delivered within one to four weeks. It notes that equalization calculations aren't included under a legal aid certificate because of time constraints.
