CRSB Law is a small general-practice firm in Thunder Bay, Ontario, with its office on Victoria Avenue East in the city's Fort William district. The practice traces back to 1990, when Michael Cupello founded Cupello and Company; the firm now operates under the CRSB Law name from the same address. Cupello, who is originally from Sioux Lookout, was called to the Ontario bar in 1984 and has practiced law in Thunder Bay for more than 40 years.

The firm's work centers on family law, including custody, access, child and spousal support, divorce, separation and cohabitation agreements, and child protection matters. It also takes on civil litigation covering employment and municipal disputes, along with wills and estates, real estate, and corporate and commercial law. Cupello has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the former Ontario Municipal Board, and belongs to the Thunder Bay Law Association and the Law Society of Ontario. Cupello also sits on Legal Aid Ontario's family, child protection, and duty counsel panels, so the firm takes on legal aid cases in those areas.
