Guindon Law is a sole-practitioner law firm in Cornwall, Ontario, founded in 2022. Founder Andrew Guindon earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2018 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019, after studying finance and economics at McMaster University in Hamilton. The firm practices real estate law, covering the purchase, sale, refinancing, and leasing of residential and commercial property; wills, powers of attorney, probate applications, and estate administration; and business law, including incorporations, shareholder and partnership agreements, corporate financing, and employment contracts. Guindon also holds credentials as a notary public and commissioner of oaths.

The firm serves Cornwall along with the surrounding United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and the Akwesasne community, and its founder built the practice around that wider reach: home visits and virtual appointments are offered alongside the Cornwall office, so clients across the region don't need to travel for every meeting. Guindon also serves as Deputy Mayor of the Township of South Stormont and was acclaimed to become the next mayor in the 2026 municipal election.
