Chugh Law Professional Corporation is a criminal defence, family, and child protection law firm based in Cornwall, Ontario, serving Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and the wider Eastern Ontario region. Neha Chugh began concentrating on criminal defence in 2011, right after being called to the Ontario bar, and spent two years in private practice in Ottawa before founding the firm in Cornwall in 2013. Before law, Neha Chugh worked in community development policy with the federal government and holds honours degrees in sociology and social work from the University of Waterloo, a background that still shows up in the firm's approach to criminal and family cases.

The practice has grown from a solo start into a team of lawyers and administrative staff, handling criminal, family, and child protection matters along with related work before administrative tribunals. Neha Chugh holds a JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, including a stint in the school's Intensive Program in Criminal Law, and completed a Professional LLM in Criminal Law and Procedure at Osgoode in 2025 after enrolling in 2024. Neha Chugh offers service in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and also serves as a prosecutor at the Akwesasne Mohawk Court and as hearings officer for the City of Cornwall, the Town of Cobourg, and the Municipality of Brighton.
