About Cholette Law

Cholette Law is a solo real estate and estate administration practice run by Lysanne Cholette, serving Wasaga Beach, Clearview and Collingwood in Ontario's Georgian Triangle. Cholette became a member of the Law Society of Ontario in 1986, the year of the bar call, after law school at the University of Ottawa, where a Civil Law degree was earned in 1983 and a Common Law degree in 1984. The early years of practice included articling and working in both Ottawa and Toronto.

Cholette relocated to Wasaga Beach in 1989 and has practiced in the Georgian Triangle area ever since, now working from offices in Wasaga Beach and Stayner. The practice concentrates on residential real estate, including purchases, sales, new and refinancing mortgages, title transfers and title insurance, along with probate and estate administration, helping executors obtain a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee. Cholette grew up in Montreal and is fluent in both English and French.
