Shank Law Office is a family law and wills and estates firm in Alliston, Ontario, founded in 2008 to serve the New Tecumseth community. The firm handles separation and divorce, child custody and support, property equalization, spousal support, cohabitation and separation agreements, adoption, and elder law matters, along with wills and powers of attorney. It works through litigation, mediation, and collaborative law, and it also offers unbundled services so clients can get help with just part of a case, from drafting court documents to coaching for someone representing themselves.

Roxanne C. Shank leads the firm. A graduate of Brock University, with an Honours B.A. and an M.A. in philosophy, and of the University of Toronto's J.D. program, Roxanne C. Shank is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, a panelled member of Legal Aid Ontario, has completed Levels I and II of the Collaborative Law Training Program, and is a member of Collaborative Practice, Simcoe County, and the Ontario Association for Family Mediators. Before founding the firm, Roxanne C. Shank practiced family and civil law at firms in Toronto, Midland, and Alcona, and has appeared in court in Barrie, Orangeville, Newmarket, Collingwood, Midland, and Brampton. The firm received the Best Professional Service Award from the Alliston and District Chamber of Commerce in 2014.
