Keith Boulter Law is a sole-practitioner firm based in Creemore, Ontario, a village of about 1,200 people in Clearview Township, roughly 130 kilometres north of Toronto on the eastern edge of the Niagara Escarpment. Keith Boulter was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991 after completing law school at the University of Manitoba, earning a Juris Doctor degree there. The firm handles real estate, wills and estates, business and corporate law, and family law, along with general disputes work, from an office on Mill Street in the village's downtown.

The path to Creemore took some detours. Keith Boulter's career started with articling at a large Toronto commercial real estate firm, then moved through private practice and a role as corporate counsel at a multinational consulting firm. There was also a foray into industry, raising more than $6 million in venture capital to help start a latex-free surgical glove manufacturing operation in Denmark. International work followed too, including advising the Government of Greenland on resource-project contracts and speaking to the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce about the Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement. Keith Boulter Law opened in Creemore after that career arc, as a January 2018 profile in the Creemore Echo reported, bringing a varied legal and business background to a small-town, general practice.
