The Carbon Patent Group (operating as C6 Patent Group Inc.) is a patent boutique with a Canadian mailing address in Bradford, Ontario and members working out of Vancouver, Kelowna, Nanaimo, and Toronto. It handles patent searching, drafting, prosecution, and portfolio management, along with industrial designs and patent opinions. The group is co-owned by the patent corporations of Graeme Charlton, Stephen Ferance, Andris Macins, and Graham McKinnon. In 2025 it received a Best Law Firms in Canada Tier 1 ranking for Intellectual Property Law in Vancouver.
