Grayson Law Firm Professional Corporation is a small Barrie, Ontario practice built around a single principal lawyer, Simone Grayson. The firm handles civil litigation, criminal defence, and wills and estates, and Grayson is also a notary public, so the office handles document notarization as well. Grayson Law Firm works out of one office on Tiffin Street and describes its service area as Simcoe County, including Barrie, Orillia and Bradford, along with Muskoka, the GTA and the rest of southern Ontario. The practice operates in English and Portuguese.

Grayson holds a Master of Laws in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws in Civil Law from the University of Uberaba in Brazil. Grayson's legal career in Canada began with an articling term at a criminal law office in Toronto, then moved through a civil litigation and tribunal advocacy practice before Grayson Law Firm was founded. Grayson belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Simcoe County Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association and Women in Canadian Criminal Defence, sits on the Legal Aid Ontario Criminal Roster, and serves as a part time member of the Ontario government's Health Professions Appeal and Review Board.
