Provident Law LLP is a small criminal defence firm based in Mississauga, Ontario, with its office on Orbitor Drive. Charnpreet Saini and Armandeep Gill founded the firm and both work as partners, handling criminal cases alongside family law and real estate matters. Both partners are on the Legal Aid Ontario roster, Saini belongs to Women in Canadian Criminal Defence, and Gill belongs to the Peel Law Association.

The firm's criminal practice covers charges such as assault, domestic assault, impaired driving, drug offences and theft. Its partners appear often enough in Peel Region courts to know local Crown practices, and Provident Law keeps a 24/7 line open for arrests and bail matters. The firm says it has represented more than 100 clients there and offers a free initial consultation along with flat fee options on many criminal matters.
