Miketic Law is a personal injury and employment law firm in Mississauga, Ontario, run by Ognjen Miketic, a barrister and solicitor. Miketic earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from York University, specializing in political science and history, then a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. The career started in insurance defence litigation at two small Toronto firms that acted only for insurance companies. In 2009, the practice shifted to representing injured clients and their families instead, a background the firm says gives it a view of both sides of a personal injury claim.

The firm handles personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, product liability, and slip and fall incidents, along with long term disability, CPP disability, and critical illness insurance claims. It also takes on employment matters such as wrongful and constructive dismissal, workplace discrimination, and severance negotiations, and offers wills and estates, notary public, and commissioner for oaths services.
