About M.H.R. Law Firm

M.H.R. Law Firm is a small, full-service law firm based in Mississauga, in the Churchill Meadows area on the city's west side. It was founded by Mubashir Rizvi, a lawyer with an LL.B. (Hons) and an LL.M. from Penn State University who is licensed in Ontario as a barrister, solicitor and notary. Before building a general practice, Rizvi spent years appearing before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Immigration Appeal Division, representing refugee claimants and families sponsoring relatives to come to Canada. That background still runs through the firm's immigration work today.

Since being called to the bar, the practice has grown to cover family law, real estate, civil litigation, and wills and estates alongside immigration, plus notarization services with flexible scheduling and a mobile option for clients who cannot get to the office. The firm says it takes on each file individually rather than by template, aiming to keep clients informed as a matter moves along. It works out of a single office on Platinum Drive and serves clients across Mississauga and the wider Greater Toronto Area.
