Cunningham Law Professional Corporation is a small Mississauga law firm founded in 1997 by senior counsel Karen Cunningham, who was called to the Ontario bar in 1996 after earning a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an honours degree in political science, summa cum laude, from McMaster University in 1991. Two lawyers practise from the firm's Village Centre Court office, handling family law, wills and estate administration and litigation, employment law, corporate and commercial law, and notarization. The firm describes its client base as reaching across Mississauga and Peel Region into Brampton, Etobicoke, Oakville, Toronto, Milton, and Hamilton, and it keeps evening and Saturday appointments alongside its regular weekday hours.

Cunningham is also licensed to practise law in Jamaica and, in 2011, completed additional training in mediation and arbitration, earning conflict management certificates through the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies' program (offered with Conrad Grebel University College and the University of Waterloo) and an arbitration certificate from the ADR Institute of Ontario. Associate lawyer Jacqueline Baddeley, called to the Ontario bar in 2021, practises in family law and civil litigation. Baddeley earned a law degree from the University of Kent in England, volunteering there as a caseworker with Legal Aid, and holds an undergraduate degree in criminology and psychology from Western University. Baddeley is fluent in English and Portuguese.
