Ahmad Law is a family and real estate law firm based in Mississauga, serving clients there and across Brampton, Toronto, and the rest of Ontario. Founder Shafaq Ahmad holds a B.A., J.D. and LL.B. and has more than a decade of legal experience. Co-founder Zubdah Ahmad, who holds a B.A. and LL.B., focuses on family law and has represented clients in court on divorce, separation, and custody matters. Together the founders describe more than a decade of combined legal experience, and the team offers services in English, Punjabi, Urdu, and Hindi.

The family law practice covers divorce, separation, custody and access, spousal and child support, property division, and mediation, including uncontested divorces. Ahmad Law also provides Muslim family law services, helping clients navigate issues around Nikah, Mahr (dowry), or religious divorce procedures alongside civil requirements, and it works with Masjids across the GTA on the religious side of those matters. On the real estate side, the firm handles residential and condominium purchases and sales, mortgage refinancing, title transfers and title insurance, and landlord-tenant disputes. Consultations can be done in person, by phone, or by video, and the firm offers flat-fee divorce packages with transparent pricing.
