Davis Webb LLP is a full-service law firm in downtown Brampton, Ontario, founded in 1916 by A. Grenville Davis, Q.C., who served as crown attorney for Peel County. The practice has stayed in Davis family hands for three generations. Grenville's son, William G. Davis, joined the firm in the mid-1950s, then left in 1959 to enter the Ontario legislature. William G. Davis went on to serve as Premier of Ontario from 1971 to 1985 and later rejoined the firm as Counsel. Ronald Webb, Q.C. joined in the late 1950s, and the practice took on the Davis Webb name it carries today. William G. Davis's son, Neil G. Davis, is now a partner, representing the third generation of Davis family involvement at the firm.
