Simmons da Silva LLP is a full-service law firm based in Brampton, Ontario that has practiced in the Peel Region since 1969. Over the decades it has practiced under a couple of names, including Simmons, da Silva and Sinton LLP, before settling on its current name. A team of twelve lawyers works from its County Court Boulevard office, organized into five groups: business and corporate law, litigation and dispute resolution, family law, real estate, and wills, estates and trusts.

On the commercial side, the firm advises entrepreneurial owners and managers on corporate and commercial matters, commercial real estate, and commercial finance, and its litigators handle business disputes ranging from shareholder disagreements to construction liens and mortgage fraud. For individual clients, SDS closes residential real estate deals, drafts wills and powers of attorney, and helps Canadian snowbirds sort out the U.S. side of owning a second home. Its family lawyers offer both collaborative law and traditional contested court proceedings for separating couples.
